No laborious weeding or masking is necessary, and these direct-to-film prints can be applied to cotton, cotton/poly blends, and even 100% polyester. It's as simple as pressing and you're good to go! All you require is a heat press!

Application Instructions
xTo ensure your DTF transfer looks professionally pressed every time, follow these five simple steps.
| 1. Pre-Press Or Pre-Iron: | Do a prepress if you'd like to remove moisture. |
| 2. Position Your Design: | Take your time to line up your transfer in your desired location on your material. Normally, there is no need to use heat-resistant tape on flat heat presses to keep your design in place, however it is highly recommended when pressing transfers onto hats or when using an iron to keep the transfer in place. You’ll get a feel for when this is needed. For more precise alignment, use our DTF Alignment Ruler Set. |
| 3. Pressing: | Press your transfer with medium pressure at 310°F / 155°C for 15 seconds. You cannot damage the transfer by pressing with more heat, pressure, or time -- within reason. However, too much heat can damage your garment, so make sure you test first and a protective guard sheet or use parchment paper to protect your garment from a direct iron. |
| 4. Peel It: | Following the pressing process. If you've order our heat peel, you may peel it right away! If you've order our cold peel, allow your transfer to cool down until it's no longer warm to the touch, which typically takes about 15-30 seconds. To expedite this cooling phase, you can make use of our Fast Cool Peel Air Transfer Blower.
Start by gently lifting it from one corner and peeling it back. Use your eyes and look and see if any of your design is lifting. If it is, you may want to stop and do a second press with teflon or parchment sheet over the design. This approach ensures that every part of your design adheres to your item. If you encounter any issues, follow these troubleshooting steps: (1) If some or all of the design fails to transfer, it suggests insufficient heat, pressure, or time during the initial press. Try pressing the transfer again with increased pressure and additional time, typically adding 5-10 seconds. (2)If the issue persists, experiment with temperature adjustments in 15°F increments until you discover the optimal settings. Rest assured, you can press multiple times without damaging the transfer. By following these steps, you can achieve the best results in your transfer process. |
| 5. Final Press and Wash Instructions: | Place the teflon sheet or parchment paper over the design and press again for 15 seconds. This step serves to soften the design, enhance its longevity, and eliminate any shine. If a glossy finish is desired, use a protective teflon sheet during the final press.
When washing, flip shirt inside out, wash on cold and dry using low heat or hang. For best results, do not wash within 24 hours of pressing. |
Storage Care
xProper Storage of DTF Print Transfers
Correct storage is essential to ensure the longevity of DTF print transfers. Here are the recommended conditions:

DTF print transfers do not have a definitive shelf life, as it depends on various factors such as storage conditions. While we advise using your prints within 30 days, it's estimated that they can be stored for up to 12 months if stored correctly.

Maintain low humidity levels, ideally below 50%, to prevent moisture from affecting the powder on the back of the images.

Lay transfers flat horizontally in a cool, dry location. This can be achieved by storing them in an airtight container or on storage shelves. Avoid placing them near heat sources, including heating vents. Storing them in a closed box or container will also prevent dust accumulation.
We suggest marking the date of receipt on your transfers to help you keep track of their age. Always use transfers in order from oldest to newest, and this practice can also assist you in monitoring the storage duration of your DTF transfers in your specific environment.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Policy

All SALES ARE FINAL due to the unique nature of our products, and therefore, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances. In the event that a custom item is submitted incorrectly, it will be canceled, and you will receive store credit only.
Please note that Rush Orders are processed immediately and cannot be altered or canceled once placed. Any cancellation requests that can be accommodated will be issued as store credit for the full purchase price. Refunds to the original payment method are not available, as all sales are final.
Once an item has been queued for printing, we are unable to halt production for any reason. Each order is custom-made, and stopping mid-production is not feasible. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages; however, each package is shipped with priority.
Please be aware that we do not operate on weekends or major holidays. Any issues with damaged orders must be reported via email within 7 days of receiving the product, as indicated by the tracking information. Please inspect your item upon receipt and store it in a low-humidity environment.
