You understand and agree that by using the Sites and/or placing an order with WAKUPrints.com or its sister sites, you are entering into a binding legal agreement based on the following terms and conditions. By using our services, you have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions in this User Agreement and all other policies incorporated herein.

You understand that you all custom printed items, such as Transfers and Gang Sheets are Final Sale in regards to the nature of the products. Once the transaction is completed and payment is made, all items are sold as-is and all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted unless explicitly stated otherwise by us. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

You are solely responsible for your image quality and we will print exactly what is uploaded therefore if your image is blurry, it will be printed as is. Please ensure it's the highest quality and not stretched.

WAKU Prints reserves the right to make amendments and changes to the Sites and to this User Agreement at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.

We act exclusively as a printing service. We are not the originators of the designs. You assume full responsibility and indemnify the company for any legal issues or consequences.

WAKU Prints takes the intellectual property rights of both you and others seriously. By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by WAKU Prints' Intellectual Property Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you intend to resell the products you create with WAKU Prints' products, you confirm that you possess full intellectual property rights, and your resale is legal and authorized. You also agree to indemnify WAKU Prints for the production of your designs for the custom products you create.

You commit to not using WAKU Prints or its Sites to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, abusive, tortious, harassing, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another's privacy, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any trademark, patent, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any third party.

If you believe that any materials accessible on or from the Sites infringe on your copyright or trademark, or that material you posted on the Sites was removed by mistake, please review WAKU Prints' Intellectual Property Policy and complete a Copyright & Trademark Infringement Form or contact WAKU Prints' intellectual property agent.

WAKU Prints and/or its Sites may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways. Your privacy is very important to us.

The information and materials contained in WAKU Prints' Sites are provided 'as is.' WAKU Prints does not make any warranties or representations regarding any content uploaded to its Sites.

By using our Sites, each User agrees that WAKU Prints shall not be liable for any damages arising in connection with these Sites or any use thereof.

By using our Sites, you expressly agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WAKU Prints from any and all demands, claims, damages, costs, and expenses.

This User Agreement and any and all claims relating hereto shall be governed solely by the laws of the Nevada.

Any disputes shall be resolved solely in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Affiliates agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration.

Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection.

By participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the acceptable use guidelines outlined above.

Referring any customer to make a purchase on our website will earn you a commission amount, which is calculated based on the Commission structure.
