Returns Policy
All purchases are FINAL due to the unique nature of our products, and therefore, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.
In the event that a custom item is submitted incorrectly, it will be canceled, and you will receive store credit only.
Please note that Rush Orders are processed immediately and cannot be altered or canceled once placed.
Any cancellation requests that can be accommodated will be issued as store credit for the full purchase price. Refunds to the original payment method are not available, as all sales are final.
Once an item has been queued for printing, we are unable to halt production for any reason. Each order is custom-made, and stopping mid-production is not feasible.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages; however, each package is shipped with priority and includes $100 in insurance.
Please be aware that we do not operate on weekends or major holidays.
Any issues with damaged orders must be reported via email within 7 days of receiving the product, as indicated by the tracking information. Please inspect your item upon receipt and store it in a low-humidity environment.
